Count supplies on hand. Record the unit and storage location when useful.
How to use it
- Count what you have and write the medication name as it appears on the packaging. Use a separate row for each different strength or form.
- Record the quantity, its unit and the date you checked it. Be consistent: a tablet, a bottle and a box are different units.
- Add a purchase date only for supplies you have received. Recount after a refill and note where you keep any separate supplies.
