GlucoseTrack
Privacy policy
How GlucoseTrack and the Glucose and Blood Sugar Track app handle your information.
This policy covers Glucose and Blood Sugar Track, its companion features, and glucosetrack.app. Darkmaster’s Pottery operates the app and website; the App Store seller is Viktor Murzak. The app policy took effect on August 12, 2026. This edition explains download-link counting on the website and was updated on October 10, 2026.
Information in the app
The app is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device. Your health records are stored on your device by default. They can include glucose readings, timestamps and meal context; weight, blood pressure, insulin, medications and medication-supply records, carbohydrates, temperature, oxygen, exercise, HbA1c, INR and ketones; notes and self-reported stress; food entries, local meal photos and nutrition goals. Settings include target ranges, reminders and permissions. Scanner values are saved only after you confirm them.
The app uses these records to display history, trends, time in range, estimates of average glucose from entered A1C values, contextual insights, local reminders, breathing exercises and reports. With your permission, supported records can be shared with Apple Health, Apple Watch, widgets and complications. These features also use recent readings, medication schedules and Premium status.
Device storage and permissions
iOS data protection and app sandboxing protect local records; sensitive settings use the iOS Keychain. We do not operate cloud storage for your personal health records or meal photos. Information can leave your device when you export or share it, enable Apple platform features, or submit an AI Food Scan. Our server verifies subscriptions with Apple without health data.
HealthKit, camera, notifications, WidgetKit and WatchConnectivity are used for the features you enable and require permissions where applicable. Core Data stores app records. Meter and scale display recognition runs on your device: these camera frames are never uploaded. You review the detected number before saving it.
Apple Health can import and share supported metrics, including glucose, weight, blood pressure, insulin, carbohydrates, temperature and oxygen. Apple’s policies apply to its services. Apple Watch, widgets and complications use Apple’s device-sharing mechanisms, including App Groups and WidgetKit, without an app account or developer-hosted health-record storage.
Product analytics and attribution
Technical information can include device model and iOS version. Anonymous product events describe onboarding, feature opens, permission outcomes, subscription state and scanner success or failure, with coarse non-identifying categories. They help us improve reliability, how features work and the purchase process. They exclude raw glucose, weight or blood pressure readings, personal notes, scanner photos and other raw health values.
We use Apple Search Ads attribution through AdServices and our attribution endpoint, plus supported SKAdNetwork conversion events. We do not use advertising SDKs, track you across other apps or websites, sell your health data, share it with advertisers or use it for marketing.
Optional AI Food Scan
AI Food Scan is a Premium feature. You choose whether to use it and review the photo before submission. Your photo, optional note and an anonymous app-generated token go to our food-scan service. It processes the photo and note temporarily without storing or logging them, then forwards them to an AI provider for a nutrition estimate.
The provider deletes inputs and outputs within 30 days and does not use them to train AI models. Content flagged under its usage policy may be retained for up to 2 years; the law may require longer retention. No account or identity is attached to the scan. The consent screen identifies the provider before your first scan. Apple’s App Attest performs an anonymous device-integrity check to protect the service.
Your choices and rights
You can view records in the app and delete individual entries or all app data. In-app deletion is permanent. Data already shared or exported, including copies in Apple Health, must be managed separately. Premium includes CSV and PDF exports in standard formats. Manage Health, camera, notification and related device permissions through the app and iOS settings.
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may give you rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of information, or complain to a supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. Local storage reduces transfers of health records; optional online services can involve processing in other countries under their providers’ policies.
The app is intended for people aged 13 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided such information.
This website
Cloudflare Workers serves glucosetrack.app. Cloudflare processes connection and request information, such as IP address, requested URL and browser information, to deliver and protect the website, under its privacy policy. We do not ask you to enter health records on this website. The website has no user accounts, contact forms or advertising trackers.
Our own analytics script counts page views, clicks on App Store links, and clicks to download templates or the sample PDF report. These download counts record link clicks, not completed downloads. The script sends only the event type, a page path from a predefined list and a predefined button or download identifier. For downloads, this identifier describes the resource and paper format where applicable. We derive the site language from the page path. We store daily totals in Cloudflare D1 under EU jurisdiction, grouped by those fields and the UTC date. These are counts of views and clicks, not unique visitors. The analytics data contains no individual event times, IP addresses, User-Agent strings, referring URLs, URL query parameters, user identifiers or health records. It uses no cookies, local storage or fingerprinting. We skip these counts when your browser enables Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC).
Separately, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits, referring sites, countries, browsers and devices, and page performance. Its browser beacon sends page-load and performance data to Cloudflare, including the page URL, referrer and an identifier specific to that page load. It uses no analytics cookies, persistent browser storage or fingerprinting. Cloudflare explains that it discards the source IP address at its network edge and does not retain it in its analytics databases or logs; processing may take place outside the EU. We load this beacon only on the live glucosetrack.app website and not when DNT or GPC is enabled. We do not send account details or health records to this service.
App Store links use a public campaign code identifying the page, language and button. Apple handles these visits under its own privacy policies and reports installations subject to its privacy thresholds. Our analytics cannot identify a person or determine who installed the app. When DNT or GPC is enabled, our script removes the campaign tracking parameters from these links.
We use your browser’s language to select an initial language. When you choose a language, a functional preference cookie remembers it for one year or until you clear it. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser stores your chosen light or dark theme in local storage; you can clear it in browser settings.
Links to the App Store, Darkmaster’s Pottery and Pottery Group open separate services with their own privacy policies. If you email us, we receive your address and the information you choose to include so we can answer. Please avoid sending health records or other sensitive details that your question does not require.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy for changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will announce significant app-policy changes in the app and update the date here. Continued app use after changes means acceptance of the updated policy where applicable; this does not replace consent required by law.
