GlucoseTrack

Terms of use

Terms for the Glucose and Blood Sugar Track app and the GlucoseTrack website.

These terms cover Glucose and Blood Sugar Track, its iPhone and Apple Watch apps, widgets, complications, scanners, Apple Health integration, exports and reminders, and glucosetrack.app. Darkmaster’s Pottery operates these services; the App Store seller is Viktor Murzak. The app terms took effect on August 12, 2026. This website edition was updated on September 12, 2026.

Acceptance and permitted use

Downloading, installing or using the app means you accept these terms. Do not use it if you disagree. You must be at least 13. Users under 18 should have adult supervision and guidance from a healthcare professional.

Use the app for personal tracking. Enter accurate information, protect your records when sharing, keep your device and app updated, and report technical problems. You are responsible for managing permissions and checking that readings, scans, imported records and displayed information are accurate. Check when the information was last updated too.

Purpose and limits

The app records glucose and related metrics, weight, blood pressure, insulin, medications and medication-supply records, carbohydrates, food and stress context. It provides charts, trends, reminders, breathing exercises, supported display scanning, meal-photo nutrition estimates, nutrition goals, Apple Health integration, Watch entries, widgets, complications and exports.

The app is not a medical device and is not FDA-approved or certified as one. It cannot diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a condition and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. User-entered records are not clinically validated by the app. Estimated average glucose converts A1C values you enter; it is not a laboratory measurement. Food-scan results are approximate information, not medical or nutrition advice. Nutrition goals are general wellness estimates based on your inputs, not a prescribed diet.

Do not rely solely on the app or use it for medical decisions without a healthcare professional. Continue professional monitoring and check-ups, follow your clinician’s treatment and medication plan, and discuss changes and app reports with them. Seek immediate professional care for emergencies or unusual symptoms. Use appropriate measuring equipment and techniques, understand self-monitoring limits, and verify scanned or Watch-entered readings against the measuring device when accuracy matters.

Scanners and Apple features

Review and confirm OCR suggestions before saving. Glare, lighting, viewing angle, display quality or unsupported formats can cause recognition errors. Watch synchronization can be delayed when devices are offline, locked or unable to communicate. iOS scheduling can delay widget and complication updates. These features do not replace medical equipment or emergency care.

You control Apple Health sharing and can revoke permissions in iOS settings. Review imported data because it may come from other apps or devices. Apple’s policies govern its services; we are not responsible for Apple’s handling of your data. Manage camera, Health, notification, Watch and widget access as applicable.

Privacy

Health records stay on your device by default. Exports, sharing and optional Apple features move data when you choose them. Optional AI Food Scan sends meal photos and notes for processing under the privacy policy, which also explains anonymous product analytics, Apple attribution and website data handling.

Purchases and Premium

Some features require a subscription or other in-app purchase. The App Store purchase screen shows prices, trial availability, included features and subscription terms, which can vary by region. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

Premium includes AI Food Scan with fair-use daily limits, meter and scale camera scanning, Apple Health sync, meal and stress insights, food-and-glucose insights, advanced analytics, PDF/CSV reports, the Apple Watch app, Premium widgets, breathing exercises, unlimited medications, medication stock and low-supply reminders, and custom reminder times. Available features depend on the app version and the offer shown when you purchase.

Ownership and website content

Darkmaster’s Pottery owns the app’s design, code, features and content, protected by intellectual property law. Personal use is permitted; copying, modifying, distributing or reverse engineering the app is prohibited except where applicable law permits it.

Website articles provide general information about food, everyday organization and using the app. They do not provide diagnosis, treatment, personalized dietary advice or medication instructions. External links, including the App Store and related brand websites, lead to services governed by their own terms. Their inclusion does not make their content part of our app.

Availability, warranties and liability

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device or iOS version, error-free operation, data accuracy or continued availability of any feature. Updates may change features and may be necessary to keep using the app.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for health consequences of app use, loss of data or technical malfunctions; our liability is limited to any amount you paid for the app, and we disclaim warranties of medical accuracy. These limitations do not exclude rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes, termination and applicable law

We may change these terms for legal, regulatory or functional reasons. Significant changes will be announced through the app or website. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance where applicable.

You can stop using the app and delete it at any time. Deleting the app does not itself cancel an Apple subscription. We may discontinue the app or suspend access for violations. On termination your right to use the app ends; local records remain until you delete them, subject to how the operating system removes app data.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Darkmaster’s Pottery operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes belong before the competent courts, subject to mandatory consumer protections and any rights you have to bring a claim elsewhere under applicable law. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
